Gemwright

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Gemwright at gemwright.studio. By using the app you agree to them.

Using Gemwright

Gemwright lets you design jewelry in 3D, take photos of your designs and save them to a portfolio. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes, provided you follow these terms and the law.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.

Your designs

You own the designs and images you create with Gemwright. We store saved designs only to provide the service to you and do not claim ownership of them. Images produced by the app are illustrations, not manufacturing drawings; check any design with a qualified jeweler before having it made.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, or using it to break the law.

The service

The app, its 3D models and its code belong to Gemwright. We may change or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including loss of saved designs.

Support payments

Voluntary support payments are processed by Ko-fi and are subject to Ko-fi’s terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
